The participants should report at C.I.V. on June XX. They are free to purchase their plane ticket on their own and may choose to arrive prior to the beginning of the program or leave later. But they should be on campus on Wednesday, June XX 200X, the day of arrival. June XX is the official beginning of the program yet participants may arrive a day later if absolute need be.

The students should arrive by plane at the Nice-Côte D'Azur Airport or by train at the Antibes Train Station.

All participants who give notice of their time of arrival to Dr. Chauderlot before June 1st by fax at (805) 541-5343 or e-mail at Director will be met at the Airport or the Station and driven to the campus. Group transportation will be arranged and participants should contact Dr. Chauderlot upon their arrival in France. (A phone number will be provided to them with their registration package.) Other Students will have to arrange their own transfer from the airport or the station to the campus.

Room and board starts on June XX and ends on July XX inclusive. (First night on campus: June XX; Last night: July XX)

Classes will be given 5 mornings a week from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and during the local or distant excursions. All afternoons, evenings and Saturdays are free, unless a cultural event needs to be scheduled at that time. Most excursions will take place on Sundays.
