A DEPOSIT OF $1000 IS DUE AT REGISTRATION TIME.
IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE BUT MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER STUDENT SHOULD THE PARTICIPANT NEED TO WITHDRAW AND BE WILLING TO MAKE THIS KIND OF SUBSTITUTION ARRANGEMENT.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JANUARY 15 200X - ($800 DEPOSIT OR COMPLETE PAYMENT ACCEPTED)
BALANCE OF FULL PAYMENT IS DUE BY MARCH 20 200X ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED BEYOND THESE DATES UNTIL MAY 15 200X PROVIDED THAT THERE IS STILL ROOM IN THE PROGRAM. SPACE IS LIMITED AS WE BELIEVE THAT EACH PARTICIPANT BENEFITS MORE IF THE GROUP SIZE IS SMALL.
